Dale’s dad ran service calls out of one garage bay on Main Street starting in 2009. Dale took the business over in 2018, kept the bay, and added a shop off Cross Hollow Road.
Everyone who pulls into your driveway is on our payroll, wears the shirt, and has been through our own training. When something needs a second opinion, Dale drives out himself.

How soon can someone come out?
Most weeks we can be there the same day or the next morning. In a July heat wave it can stretch to two days, and the office will tell you straight what the schedule looks like when you call.
What does a visit include?
A full diagnostic on the system, the readings written down, and your options in writing before anything gets replaced. You approve the work before we start it.
Do you offer financing on a new system?
Yes, through a lender we have worked with for years. We will run the numbers with you in the kitchen and hand you the terms on paper so you can read them at your own pace.
Which brands do you service?
Trane, Carrier, Lennox, Goodman, Rheem, Bryant, York, Amana and most of what got installed around here in the last twenty five years. Our vans carry the common parts for all of them.
