Privacy Policy
Effective date: 2026-09-05
This policy explains what information HollerHound collects through hollerhound.com and how it is used.
1. Who we are
HollerHound is operated by Glover Collective LLC, a Utah limited liability company. HollerHound builds and manages web presence for funeral homes, including websites, chat widgets, an AI phone helper, and Google review requests. Text messages described in this policy are sent by HollerHound.
2. Address and contact
HollerHound's business address is 375 N 4375 W APT 370, Cedar City, UT 84721. Public contact: [email protected] or (702) 832-5307.
3. Information we collect
- Contact information you give us. Name, phone number, and email address you provide through a form, chat widget, or phone call.
- Business details you share when discussing HollerHound's services.
- Message content. The content of messages you send through chat, SMS, or the booking form.
- Standard technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected automatically when you use the site.
4. How we use information
- Respond to inquiries and answer questions
- Schedule and confirm calls and appointments
- Deliver the services a client has signed up for
- Send appointment reminders, missed call follow up texts, and review requests to HollerHound's own clients and their customers, on the client's behalf
- Improve the site and the services offered
5. Calls are recorded
Calls placed to or through the HollerHound AI phone helper, including demo calls, are recorded. HollerHound treats every call as subject to two party consent, the stricter standard, so the disclosure holds regardless of which state a caller is in. The AI phone helper announces at the start of the call that the call is being recorded. By staying on the line after that announcement, the caller consents to the recording. Recordings may be used for quality review, training the AI phone helper, and resolving disputes about what was said on a call.
6. Text messaging and mobile information
If you provide a mobile phone number and check a consent box on this site, you agree that HollerHound may text you at that number about the purpose you consented to. Marketing consent and transactional consent, such as appointment reminders, missed call text backs, and review requests, are collected separately, through separate, optional checkboxes. Checking one box does not opt you into the other. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase and is never required to buy anything from HollerHound.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
7. Who we share information with
HollerHound shares information only with:
- Service providers that run the platform, such as GoHighLevel and LeadConnector
- Professional advisors, such as an accountant or lawyer, when needed
- Law enforcement or another authority, only when required by law
HollerHound does not sell personal information.
8. Data retention
HollerHound keeps information for as long as needed to provide services, respond to inquiries, and meet legal or accounting obligations, then deletes or anonymizes it.
9. Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text to opt out of messaging
- Ask HollerHound to correct or delete your information by calling or texting (702) 832-5307 or emailing [email protected]
