Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use hollerhound.com, book a call, or opt in to receive messages from HollerHound.
1. Acceptance of terms
By using hollerhound.com, booking a call, or opting in to receive messages from HollerHound, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or opt in.
2. Who we are
HollerHound is operated by Glover Collective LLC, a Utah limited liability company that serves funeral homes. Any agreement made with HollerHound is an agreement with Glover Collective LLC. Business address: 375 N 4375 W APT 370, Cedar City, UT 84721.
3. The service
HollerHound offers a monthly bundle for funeral homes, covering website hosting, an AI website chatbot, an AI phone helper, and Google review requests. The price is $297/month. The service is month to month, with no long term contract and no setup fee. There is no trial period.
4. Cancellation and refunds
A client may cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee. Refunds are handled case by case, at HollerHound's discretion, and are not guaranteed.
5. Booking a call
Booking a call through this site does not create a contract for services. Any agreement for HollerHound's paid services is confirmed separately, directly with HollerHound, after the call.
6. Messages from HollerHound
HollerHound and its clients may send text messages for the following purposes, only to people who have opted in:

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive messages is never required to purchase HollerHound's services.
Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside our control.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
7. Calls are recorded
Calls placed to or through the HollerHound AI phone helper, including demo calls, are recorded. HollerHound treats every call as subject to two party consent, so the disclosure holds regardless of which state a caller is in. The AI phone helper announces at the start of the call that the call is being recorded. Staying on the line after that announcement is consent to the recording. 8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to submit false information, attempt to disrupt the site, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
9. Ownership
The HollerHound name, logo, and site content belong to HollerHound. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
This site and the information on it are provided as is, without warranty of any kind. HollerHound is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the site or the services, to the fullest extent the law allows.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict of law principles.
12. Changes to these terms
HollerHound may update these terms as the business or the law changes. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent version.
